The process begins with an initial consultation, either in person or via video call, to assess if we are the right fit for the client's needs. This stage is crucial for understanding the client's vision and requirements. If both parties agree to proceed, we provide an estimate of services. Upon approval, a mutual agreement is signed to officially commence the project.
Clients have the flexibility to choose from design & development only, production only, or a comprehensive end-to-end service package. We often create custom packages based on the client's unique needs identified during the consultation. This step includes a design-specific consultation to detail out all ideas and requirements.
The next phase involves creating a mood board and product illustrations to establish the design's visual and emotional appeal, followed by material sourcing. We assist in finding the best materials within the client's budget from domestic sources.
Based on the approved designs, we proceed to pattern making and prototype development. The prototype undergoes a thorough review process, including up to three revisions and possibly a fitting session if applicable. After finalizing the prototype, we create two samples per style (with the option for more) and develop a detailed Tech Pack with all necessary production details.
Upon finalizing the sample and Tech Pack, clients can choose to proceed with production either with us or an external larger manufacturer. If they opt for our in-house production, we smoothly transition to cutting and sewing as per the provided materials and Tech Pack. For clients preferring external manufacturing, we offer assistance in connecting with our network of manufacturing partners
